    1. What are the available colours?
      All available colours are listed on the website, should that particular colour not be available an alternative plan will be made. 
    2. When will I receive my order?

      We are trying our utmost to get orders out within 3-5 working days from order but  it may take slightly longer (or quicker).

      Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with delivery details.

    3. How do I order?
      Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
    4. How do I pay for my orders?
      We accept payments via PayFast for all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA and also Instant EFT.
    5. Can I amend or cancel an order?
      If you wish to cancel or amend an order you will need to get in touch with us via phone or email within 24 hours. If the order has already been dispatched/packed by the time you get through to us we will unfortunately not be able to cancel the order.
    6. How will I know if my order has been confirmed?
      After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified.
    7. What material are the Scrubs made from?
      We use a Poly-Cotton Twill for our scrub sets as it’s very durable, comfortable, more wrinkle-free, keeps its colour and can be washed in cold and high temperatures (30C – 40C).
